Band of white cloth with a repeating pattern of connecting rosettes trellis work (cutwork) waves with eyelets and scalloped edges. The band has been wrapped around a piece of tissue paper and fastened with a blue label that states: TJAP TIGA AJAM TRADE MARK 11777 NO. 46187 41/2 YDS HAGEMEYER & CO'S HANDEL MY.
