Mid-20th century
Short jacket made from a heavy felted black material which has a large collar hanging down the back ending in black fringing. The collar and front opening of the garment are also decorated with rows of alternating blanket stitch and chain stitch. There are also two tassels and several rows of chain stitch in brown.
