Small bag with a triangular front flap. The flap is embroidered with V-shaped bands of connecting quatrefoils and triangles in dark red mid-red and yellow on a black ground. The bag is fastened with velcro. There is a label on the inside that states: 'NORTH SINAI WOMEN'S PROJECTS'.
