White blouse with embroidery around the collar shoulder heads and lower sleeves. The most elaborate areas are the sleeve cuffs that include smocked areas applied embroidered bands with stylised floral motifs and geometric patterns as well as a cuff flounce in crochet decorated with rosettes in various colours on a red ground.
