Tailored black felted waistcoat decorated around the front opening with red moiré ribbon and lines of embroidery in yellow green white and pink. There are seven moulded glass buttons with stylised flowers down the front and on the corresponding side there are seven buttonholes in red that each end with a coloured tassel.
