Stiffened collar with a broad pleated flounce of machine embroidered net ( tulle ) lace with stylised flowers. In addition there is an embroidered band with geometric patterns and rosettes in mainly black white orange yellow red and green. The collar is stiffened with card that is covered with a piece of newspaper.
