Bernardus Bruining (1834-1900) used the title 'Purveyor to Prince Frederik' from ca. 1870. Photographer in Leiderdorp 1860-1877 before moving to Haarlem. His negatives were passed on to Jan Goedeljee.The woman who is portrayed in this photograph seems to have in her late teens or early twenties.From the Van den Akker family photograph album.
