Black velvet bodice with a heavy green woollen skirt with a broad band of white satin decorated with embroidered flowers in various colours. The satin band is flanked by edgings of machine embroidered tulle with stylised flowers. In addition there is a black velvet ribbon sewn near the hem of the skirt.
