Early 20th century
Woman's cap made from bands of black satin ribbon sewn together and lined with a brown cloth. In addition the front edge of the cap is decorated with a wide band with stylised flowers and leaves worked in silver colorued metal thread and a voided ground. The cap is padded with raw cotton.
