Rectangle of cloth with three bands of purple tapestry woven motifs (small diamonds triangles etc). Both selvedges are present. One transverse end is neatened with hand stitching. The other transverse end has been left raw. The neatened end has a large loop made from warp threads wrapped with purple and white thread.
