1970s
A black cotton (thibet?) skirt with a black cotton lining. The skirt is heavily pleated at the top in the back and plain on the front. Two side-slits provide access to pockets and twill bands are used as hems and hanging (storage) loops. Hook and eye fasten it at the waist.
