1970s
A white satin-weave damsk-like white cotton skirt. The skirt is heavily pleated at the top in the back and plain in the front. Brass hooks and eyes fasten it at the waist and to the jacket. Numerous tucks (bessels) show portray wealth and provide flexibility in measurements.
