Plain weave, white cotton. Two webs whipped together. Garment is decorated with floral and animal (double-headed eagle, monkey, dog or jaguar) motifs in weft-warp open work and geometrical gauze weave designs.This huipil is rolled up and tied around the waist. No longer in use.
