Handspun white cotton, plain weave with narrow purple 'caracol'-dyed weft stripes. Fringe consists of warp threads knotted into macramé gauze ending in a zigzag edge with purple 'caracol'-dyed tassels. 'Randa' work separates plain weave from macramé. Woven by women but embroidered by men. Used by men in San Juan Colorado.
