Dutch sea-going tugs, used for towing and salvage work, have long had a world wide reputation. This has recently been ackowledged when a newly build build tug was handed over to Dutch Command by the British Admiralty at a port somewhere in England. This picture was made on that occasion or the subsequent trial runs.
