On Wednesday (July 27th) the German festivals of sports 1938 were opened. The festivals'opening took place in the Silesian stadium of the Hermann-Goering-sporting-fields, during which besides Reichsminister Dr. Frick also the leader of the German sports von Tschammer und Osten delivered a speech.
