In the Foreign Office today 14.12. the documents of ratification concerning the frontier- and friendship agreement signed on Sept. 28th in Moscow between the German Empire and the USSR, as even the additional record of Oct. 4th 39 were exchanged between the Minister of Foreign Matters of State v. Ribbentrop and the Russian Ambassador Schkwarzew.
