Private Irvin Granlich of Waukon, Iowa, a U.S. paratrooper, roads a German magazine which he picked up in the captured Nazi car in which he is sitting. Granlich is a member of the Second U.s. Armered Division, which smashed the Second German Panzer Division during the Allied drive to the Brest Peninsula.
